Hi, Emily19sun! Thanks for reaching out to Microsoft Community and posting your concerns. We are sorry to learn you encounter joining a Zoom meeting invite through the Teams app on your Surface Go. Thanks for taking the time to let us know about this and allowing us to help you out. I tried checking the Zoom app on a Surface device and I've had them integrated with Teams. I was able to add the Zoom bot within Teams.

The Zoom bot provided me a join link seen under the Meeting ID. When I click the join link, my default browser opens up and launches the Zoom app which shows the window of the meeting with the Meeting ID seen at the top of the screen. There are some links that will lead you to non-Microsoft websites. Please watch out for ads on the sites that may advertise products frequently classified as a PUP Potentially Unwanted Products.

Thoroughly research any product advertised on the site before you purchase it. Please follow the instructions there to troubleshoot the issue. So far I've been unable to join a meeting through Teams. I've tried every suggestion online and nothing works. It is updated. What is happening here? This thread is locked.
